Protect Ya' Neck

Hey yall, so I have these nasty neighbors that keep throwing trash, food, and even HAIR (👀) onto my patio even after confronting them. Jah recommended hot foot and I plan on doing that but I've been traveling/not feeling well so waiting until I feel 100% to go get the items for it. Is there anything I can do with the hair in the meantime?
