What a Tarot Reading is and is not?

 

A Tarot Reading is an intuitive energy read that is meant to help guide you on a path for your highest good. In my readings, I bring down messages from the ancestral plane from the benevolent energies that are here to help heal and guide. Tarot Readings are not here to be a hype man for dreams and wishes. There are times we may receive messages that we may not want to hear, but need to. Tarot reads the energy that is currently in your life and the trajectory you will take if you stay on your current path. Everyone has free will to change this energy in their life. 

 

How should I best phrase my questions?

 

To receive the best reading, you want to ask questions that pertain to certain energies in your life at this current time. Below is an example on how to better phrase questions.

 

Instead of asking “Will I become a millionaire” ask “Will I be financially stable?” 

Instead of asking “Will I marry Halle Berry” ask “Will I find love soon?”

Instead of asking “Are my ancestors vikings?” ask “Are there powerful people in my lineage?”

 

How will I be contacted for my reading and/or consultation?

 

All readings and consultations will be done via Zoom. Please make sure the email address you enter during booking is the one you wish to have your Zoom link sent to. The Zoom link will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your scheduled reading.

 

JEWELRY CARE

 

How to best take care of Crystal Jewelry?

 

Do not allow jewelry to get wet. Copper can tarnish in water and many crystals are water soluble. It is best to take all jewelry off before sleeping, showering, or swimming in order to not become damaged. 

 

How can I cleanse my crystals and recharge them?

 

To cleanse your crystals you can smoke them with incense, sage or palo santo. You can also sit them in a bowl of salt for a few hours. In order to recharge the crystals, they can sit underneath moonlight or be prayed over with your intentions.

 

SHIPPING

 

How long before my item will be shipped?

 

As all items are handcrafted and blessed before shipping, please allow 7-10 business days before you receive a tracking number to the email given at the time of purchase. Some items are made to order and can take 20 - 30 business days before being shipped. This will be stated within the description on the purchase page.

 

Who will my items ship through?

 

All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you have already received a tracking number via email, please contact USPS for delivery issues. 

 

ORDERS

I would like to purchase more items and my first package has not been sent yet, can you put them all in one package?

 

Yes, please submit an email for request via the contact sheet and I will send you a one time use code to remove shipping costs for the second order. 

 

I am unhappy with an order can I receive a refund?

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days after receiving. Once we receive the returned item Carinae Conjure will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). 

 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

 

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

 

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

 

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
