Favorite Story
Do y'all got any favorite hoodoo lore and story? I diving deeper into the folklore and making connections. And so far my favorite now is the story how how cats were created. It completely changs how cats are looked upon(ya know, cat are evil, blah blah, blah) But in this story(long story short), God came down to help a woman with her rodent problem and make a cat.....so what's y'all favorite lore?👀

Hey Trent! Check the post I created called "The Library". I posted a few books on there that are specifically African American Folklore. Those books have hundreds of stories in them that i would classify as Hoodoo Stories. One of my favorites is actually about a Farmer, his wife and fairies.
