Umbilical Cord?
Posted this on Twitter earlier this month so I want to pose this question to this forum as well--
Anybody else mama keep yall umbiclical cord after it fell off? My mama has mine in my baby book. I always thought this was something everyone did but finding out it is not. My grandma did the same with her kids as well. It seems to be a tradition that helps keep your child close to you.

I’ve been keeping my hair off to the side too! I’ve heard of people burning it in a cast iron skillet but also wondering if there are other ways to use it
