I have been noticing things out of the corner of my eye and when I look, 'nothing' is there.
Could it be be that I'm not seeing anything at all? And if I am, what are some ways for the scary people to improve this skill? 🤣

Honestly if it walks like haint, talks like a haint, looks like a haint, it's probably a haint. 😂
But in all seriousness, our people will show themselves to us as shadows or quick flashes out the side of your eye sometimes. Personally, I've asked my people to keep that to a minimum. Only because I don't need the constant visually distraction. Much rather just have ear ringing, dreams and other non visual stimulus.
But if you want more visual contact, ask for it. Let them know at your altar. Find plants and crystals that stimulate the 3rd eye--Lapis Lazuli and Mugwort are two just thinking off the top of my head. Speak to them when you see them and let them know you want to see them more fully. You may also need to cleanse and cover your head more often just to be able to keep the spiritual connection more clear.
